Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep production moving and operations running smoothly? Hightower is seeking a Production & Facilities Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, production planning, and facility performance. In this role, you’ll oversee production teams, help ensure schedules and quality standards are met, and create a safe, efficient environment where people and processes can perform at their best. You’ll work across production, upholstery, cutting, sewing, assembly, and facilities to improve processes, manage capacity, and prepare our operations for continued growth.
