Are you a strategic problem-solver who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? Hightower is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Operations to lead our supply chain strategy, planning, inventory management, supplier relationships, and warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure materials are available when needed, inventory is optimized, and customer orders are fulfilled reliably. You’ll work across teams to align supply, demand, and logistics while supporting the company’s continued growth.
